Primary Care Network

Welcome to Sedgefield North Primary Care Network. We are a network of 5 local forward thinking GP Practices based in Spennymoor, Ferryhill, Chilton, West Cornforth and Sedgefield. Our Network members include: St Andrews Medical Practice, Bishops Close Medical Practice, West Cornforth Medical Practice, Ferryhill & Chilton Medical Practice and Skerne Medical Group. We have been working closely together since 2019 in partnership with the local community health, mental health and pharmacy services, with the aim of improving the healthcare we provide to our local population. Through close collaboration and the employment of new roles into General Practice we aim to make primary care sustainable in our area and provide our population with a highly skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team to meet all of their health needs.
